The Bavarian capital is a giant “town” that managed to preserve its classic look and feel throughout times. There are no skyscrapers or unappealing looking concrete blocks to be found here. The city and surroundings are ideal for strolling at any season. Cobble stone roads and a generous pedestrian mile near Marienplatz, the lush English Garden with plenty of ducks and geese, Schwabing and its back alleys and street cafes, the summer residence of the Bavarian kings at Nymphenburg….plenty of opportunities to snap a shot here and there.
