ABOUT ME
A chemical engineer by profession, a photographer by passion…………..
When I was 14 years old my father bought me a used camera from a local brick and mortar store. I was now the proud owner of a single-lens-reflex camera and started to shoot whatever came my way. Experimentation was the key to learning about this new visual medium of “writing with light”. After I graduated from secondary school, life became yet more busy as I entered higher education, but I managed to keep up with my pastime.
Over the years I have had many opportunities to travel, both for pleasure and for business. My camera would often go with me. Most of the images on this site are from recent trips; the oldest images date back to the early nineties.
I started this webpage to share some of my viewfinder impressions with you. I hope that this inspires you to see the world more often through your own viewfinder, may it be the latest and greatest DSLR or your smartphone. Whatever you have available, keep pressing that shutter release.
Thanks for stopping by,
